[youthradioleaders] Fresh Greens Early Bird Deadline August 30th

Hello Radioland!

The latest collaboration between GPRX, Terrascope Youth Radio, New  
Hampshire Public Radio and youth producers nationwide invites you to  
submit radio stories on things you find surprisingly green...or  
disappointingly not. Consider what you buy and where you work, as well  
as your habits, friends and neighborhoods, and tell us:  What's  
unexpectedly green?

A reminder that the early bird deadline for submitting your audio to  
Fresh Greens 2.0 is August 30th.   Early submitters are eligible to 1)  
have their stories played on NHPR's daily Word of Mouth Program and 2)  
get feedback/editing from senior producer Kelly Horan and Terrascope  
teen interns.

But there's still plenty of time to submit your stories for the  
November 15th final deadline!

Fresh Greens 2.0 will broadcast in time for Earth Day 2011. Groups  
whose pieces are chosen for inclusion in Fresh Greens 2.0 will receive  
$100 in gratitude for their work.  Details attached.
