[youthradioleaders] Program Evaluation Strategies

Hi all,

I help run Fusion Youth Radio in Chapel Hill, NC, and we're getting ready
to enter our second year. We train youth to produce radio stories and run a
bi-monthly live show hosted by high school students. As we think about
working to build and improve our program, we're interested to know what
others have done to evaluate their programs and learn from the experiences
of their students. We're also hoping to develop an impact assessment
strategy as we look ahead to addressing funding needs.

Any suggestions for how best to do this or where to look would be much
appreciated!
